The contract manager was Hadland Manning Bullock working on behalf of Dunster Estates. We worked alongside a commissioned architect and interior designers.
The derelict property had been empty for two years resulting in bats moving in. This proved a major challenge as ecology found that the house had the biggest number and the widest variety of bats they had encountered. Following strip out of the property, limited access was given to the basement and loft which eventually had to be permanently shut off from prospective tenants.
Working with the architect and interior designers the property went from a derelict four bedroom property to an extremely well presented and finished five bedroom and four bathroom home.
